Need an R1? No, Bazzazz makes the kit for every manufacturer. Dynojet also makes a quickshifter for every bike model as well. They are both roughly the same price. Also who makes them is HM Plant, and Translogic (although a tad bit more expensive).

They are a pretty simple device yet awesomely effective. It allows you to powershift thru the gears at a blinding pace without having to manually shift with the clutch. Roadracing has perfected the technology which now is available at the street level bike. Most quickshifters even allow you to program at which point you want the gear to shift as you hit the shifter with your foot. Cool shit. Now to go totally HARDCORE (which I will be doing in the next few months), you can add the QS with the TC (traction control) and really kick some highway ass (or trackday) which is better for you. The only sucky part is the TC is $1,000. But so what, you get what you pay for
