Neil Hodgson retires from racing  Neil Hodgson has announced his retirement from racing after a career that included stints in World Superbike, MotoGP, British Superbike and AMA Superbike racing.
A former WSBK and British Superbike Champion, Hodgson signed on to race for the Yamaha Motorpoint team in the British series. At the season opener at Brands Hatch, however, Hodgson crashed out of the warm-up session before the race, damaging a previously-injured shoulder.

The Motor Company’s first-quarter 2010 income from continuing operations was reported at $68.7 million, or $0.29 per share, which exceeded analysts’ projections of $0.22 per share.
